Learn bushcraft in central England

Learning ancient human skills is an ideal way for individuals and groups to build self-belief.

Bushcraft truly is for everyone!!

Families

What better way to bond as a family than to learn how to do things that could help you thrive if things get tough, and to have a great fun day at the same time!

Parties

Whether it's a kids' birthday or a stag weekend, you don't have to book the same old paint-balling, climbing, or go-karting... Try something new, have a heap of fun with your friends, and learn really useful skills at the same time!

Groups with Differing Needs

Whatever challenges any of us has faced, nothing builds confidence and self-belief like realising that YOU CAN pick up vital human skills, just like your ancestors did in prehistoric times.

Corporate Team Building

To our ancestors, survival involved natural teamwork. This makes bushcraft activities ideal for team-building days. Groups can work together (and against other groups) to start fires, purify water, and even build traps to catch small prey!

About Me.

I have always been fascinated with what it means to be authentically human, which naturally drew me to all things ancestral, including bushcraft and survival. For me, nothing beats seeing the delight on someone's face when they realise they can do something new for themselves, using nothing but what they find in nature combined with a bit of new knowledge!

A truly wonderful and unforgettable time, we really appreciate all the new and very valuable skills you have taught us."

Helen Heath

Volunteer Coordinator

"Ben delivered a bushcraft session for a group of ten with mixed abilities. The group ranged from 12 years old to their mid-30s, some with learning disabilities and some with mental ill health. The day was broken down into short sections which helped maintain their interest and focus throughout.  The team really enjoyed the day. Everyone was learning something new so regardless of ability and age they were all starting at the same point. They were developing new skills and supporting each other.!"
